whats funny is at the start of the whole thing, sometime last year, someone offered like 500k to buy the house.

he turned i down

now he can't get half that.

If you had a 2002 lexus, and you did extortion and had to pay a huge fine, then someone offered to buy your car for $500, would you sell it?

no, but if a little less than a year later noone would give me more than 50 of it, i'd regret not taking the 500.....
