Our Mayor is in jail. City Council members under investigation for taking bribes and payouts. Average response time for a 911 call is over 8 hours. And it took 24 hours for the cops to show up and check on this dude.

To be fair, I'm willing to bet there are more pressing matter for crime-fighters in Detroit than chiseling a dead guy out of a block of ice.

I also sort of surprised no one took his shoes or socks.
 
Niggas run the streets man. I'd wait for them to leave before going to the scene if I were a cop there as well.
