Well, if your like me and have about 35 years or more before retirement this is a great opportunity. I upped my contributions to 15%.
 
Its a good time to be buying stock... (is what I keep telling myself while my portfolio keeps losing money).
 
I'm only down 2.4%

Granted I started working here 9 months ago but still.

3 months ago I was down 40% for the year and made some aggressive changes and I have made some ground back obviously.

Now is a fantastic time to be starting a 401K. :)
 
-49%, but whatever I still have the same amount of units and 30+ years till retirement.
