Xbox 360 hard drive and cable box?

My Xbox 360 is situated horizontally with the hard drive literally 3 or so inches from my cable box and I was wondering if my cable box will magnetize the hard drive and fuck it up.

Does anyone know? The cable box is an XPLORER as pictured below:

This cable box I have does not have a hard drive, it's not the DVR version.
