ok mr dvd maker

your menus look really cool and have long intros of movie clips and all sorts of pretty animations

but not all of us who rent your movie have fucking seen it already

so stop putting in fucking spoilers
 
that's how i found out the bitch dies in Godfather III before watching the actual movie. not like it was a good movie, but still.
 
XBMC lets you start the movie manually from the .VOB files or whatever, you just choose the one after the menu. Also, no getting locked at fucking previews or copyright warnings.
 
The Usual Suspects is like this, ridiculously.

It shows the cop's surprised look and the camera zooms in on "Kobayachi" on the bottom of the cup. It made my mom and girlfriend get it half the way through the movie the first time they watched it.

Considering the movie, whoever made that menu should be shot.
