Pistachios are great for this.

Uh...

Almonds?

If you don't have fresh pine nuts, leave it.

This is like asking if you should replace the tomato in a red sauce with oranges because they're both round fruits.

i think i'm not going to throw them in the food processor with the other **** though

i dont want them to turn into a paste

i'll just break them up by hand and toss them in after

kura are you really trolling nut choices for pesto

Kurayami

Considering that you trolled me about a ****ing herb for months upon months, I'm not sure you should be talking.

Why don't you ask the chefs at the "fancy" restaurant that you bus for? I'm sure they'd have some choice words about using something other than pine nuts.

You want it to be a paste...but let's face it, it's hard to **** it up, coarse won't be bad.

I'm not sure that I'd be taking culinary advice from a self-admitted middle aged pedophile that does most of his cooking in a microwave and has a ****ty apartment full of particle board furniture from Ikea.

But that's just me.

Just because you do it doesn't make it right.
