Why was it necessary to break all out into different forums? Sure it's easier to find the stuff when search isn't working if it is all in it's own forum, but it takes away from the GD. You've moved the discussion away from the general populace and I think GD has suffered because of it. I miss seeing music topics along with weightlifting and retarded threads about EVE. I miss picture stories following some pale nerds triumphs in the world of warhammer 40k.
The truth is the forums have slowed down. I can check the forum in the morning and the evening and still see the same threads with out much else new going on. I don't blame the people of TW I blame the fact that the things that used to add to the discussion, and bring out the ignorance and trolling. What's next, a separate forum for books? How about a separate forum for desktop threads? All desktops, all the time. I'm sure some people could really get into that.
It makes sense sometimes, nobody wants Data to have power in GD just so that he can admin the classifieds, but I think you've taken it too far. Porn shouldn't just be limited to the (No) Members Only forum. I should be able to find suggestions for new music without having to mingle with those unwashed musicians. I shouldn't have to rub shoulders with the steroid happy, tiny-balls-sporting miscreants of TW Fitness in order to look at pictures of half naked nerds!
I want the old GD back. I want TW to come together and be the depressed, high, molested-as-a-child, look at these pictures of my dog oops I got Goatsed again, dysfunctional group of strangers that I used to hate!
Lets just try it out. Make it like it used to be.
