I am moving next month and can't mount my heavy bag from the ceiling. Anyone have a stand or wall mount they recommend? I have looked at a few online but when it comes to mounting 80+ pounds to a wall or being able to fall over near drunks I figured I would ask around first.

Yes, but their different kinds of punching bag. A Heavy bag is the big, long ones usually 60-120 pounds.

Depends on the type of heavy bag. When I was training muay thai there was a fairly simple set up for it. If you have room in a basement you could work something out.
