The health only replenishes when he isn't using energy or skiing. If you consider how often jets are used, it might be pretty damn balanced. Just speculation.
 
That video made the game look AWESOME! I am really excited about playing this.

I have a few things I know will probably be worked on, but here goes:

Overdrive looks sweet. It seems much like a disc jump or the beacon boosts in renegades. I do hope it doesn't take overdrive to get to the flag every time though...

I kind of like the jet being more limited but more mobile. I do think both need a little tweaking from what I could tell. I think it will make jetting more challenging.

I hope the jet trails go away.

It looks like the chaingun is a little overpowered. It seemed like a few times 3 hits killed someone.

The weapon animations don't feel very dynamic. I would love more boom or something.

Beacons.

I really hope there is depth to the gameplay.

I hope there are a few deployables and some sort of base or inventory system.

I hope there is scripting, skinning, hud control, and lots of user configurable options.

It really seems like they are on the right track. Here's hoping.
