Vista SP1?

I think Vista's SP1 just came out a bit ago? I know some people here are using Vista, so how is it? Did it fix any of the problems plaguing the OS or was it all just talk? I heard they removed it from Auto-Update because it was causing so many issues.

I have my Vista sitting next to me, but I'm waiting for it to be a good idea to bother installing it.
 
SP1 was never in auto-update unless they actually released it. It was only an RTM release which people put on the net. It definitely sped up my system though.
