No. But you can buy up TLDs like regular domain names. Google could buy .google and their site could be www.google.google
Ok.
It means that Google could register a .google TLD and all their services would be accessible at like:
http://mail.google/
http://search.google/
etc.
Free from the tyranny* of the .com TLD.
Or there could finally be a .sex TLD, for all your sexy online needs.
