[movies]In the name of the king

I thought about going for comedic value. Then I remembered I no longer know anyone that works at the theater and refuse to pay to see this.
 
I saw the ad on TV and thought I was going to die. LOTR was good, but everyone else needs to move on and get off the swords/fantasy thing. What was that bit about the king/kingdom? WTF was he going on about?!!

Seriously, 1/10 on the preview.
 
holy shit, I just saw this and now I understand why it got such a rotten score at rotten tomatoes.

The acting was horrible. The dialogue was horrible. The special fx were horrible. The makeup was horrible (I mean, the monsters looked like characters from the Star Wars Cantina scene: like Halloween mask stupid). The combat reminded me of a Civil War re-enactment.

edit: Hell, even the background music was annoying.

edit2: All of the military commanders were canadians
