i set up IIS and now I can't connect to irc halpz!

as the subject says...

I set up IIS on my machine to do some debugging of an app. I rebooted my computer and now I can't get into irc. I shut off all the IIS services and still nuttin

error msg:
[13:48] *** Error while connecting (Error Code: 10061). Disconnecting.
 
figured it out, there was another program waiting for me to reboot which ended up blocking irc port

all fixed now

mofo I just set up iis and other websites on my computer with no formal training, its like I'm you! Except of course I did that only to improve my development process which makes the company a lot of money.
