[RAM] DDR2 800 PC6400: which to buy?

I'm planning on building a new rig between now and January, and I'm kind of stuck on what to chose as far as RAM goes... I've really only decided so far as to go with ddr2 800. :)
In addition, it has been several years since my last build, so some things are slightly confusing. Like the market being flooded with brand names i know nothing about.

Anyway, the system specs I've decided on are:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 $129
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 Processor Model $189.99
Power Supply: CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX ATX12V v2.2 520 watt $124.99 (-$10mir)
Drives: One or two Seagate 7200rpm SATA 320GB/500GB... haven't decided to go with a single drive or 2 in RAID1 yet, but those are the options.
Video Card: a non factory OCed PNY/EVGA 8800GT ~$250

Here's some sticks I've been looking at, but feel free to sugest other options:
ps. All sticks bellow are sets of 2x1GB DDR2 800.

mushkin
996533 w/ EPP
$62.99
4-5-4-11
2.1-2.2v

996576
$74.99 (-$15mir)
4-4-4-12
2.1v

Corsair XMS2
TWIN2X2048-6400
$68.00
5-5-5-12
1.9v

TWIN2X2048-6400C4 this is probably the exact same as the one above, just running at tighter timings with higher voltage.
$88.00
4-4-4-12
2.1v

TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX probably same as above but with better heat spreaders.
$90.00 (-$40 mir and also get -$50 when comboed with the CPU if i buy it in the next couple of days, making it free )
4-4-4-12
2.1v

Cruicial Ballistix
BL2KIT12864AA804
$59.99
4-4-4-12
2.2v

Super Talent
T800UX2GC4
$76.99
4-4-3-8
2.2v

Patriot
PDC22G6400LLK
$68.00 (-$40mir, but i read some ppl complaining about Patriot's rebates)
4-4-4-12
2.1v

Apparently the mobo I've selected can be picky with ram... I know for sure that the mushkin sticks work on it, but I'm unsure about the rest, as Gigabyte's list is pretty shitty.
Also, I appreciate reliability more than a slightly tighter timing.

I don't plan to overclock immediately, but I'd like the possibility to do so in the future. The pc will be running WinXP for quite some time, but changing to vista is inevitable I suppose. Main use will be as a gaming rig. As far as budget, I'm trying to keep it under $1k... lower the better :)

tia tw :D

Edit: just realized that one of the 3rd corsair option also has a $40 rebate, making it free with the cpu combo
I've also confirmed that it is compatible with the mobo as well.

Unless you can find a lot of conlict reports on google regarding the RAM you can get -$50 on, buy that.

The Crucial Ballistix memory modules contain the Micron D9 ICs (D9GMH), therefore if you are planning on overclocking in the future I would recommend these modules. The 8800 GTS 512MB will be released on the 11th of December.
