Can consuming 200G of protein for 2-3 days when your body has been starved of it for a week increase your lean mass by 3-4 pounds within those 3 days? I noticed this weird blip in my logs and was wondering if there was an explanation.

if you are asking whether you can put on 3-4 pounds of muscle in 3 days then no that is well outside the realm of possibility even on massive steroids.

Of course not. A pound is 453 grams so immediately without having to think about metabolic rate (of course not also) or metabolic efficiency (of course not) we can be sure you didn't put on 3-4 lbs of lean mass.

You probably put on 3-4 pounds of fat in those 3 days.

The body fat measurer shows my fat% dropped .3%, so I could've taken it on as water weight.

No, that's not possible. It's more probably your instrumentation is not as accurate as it could be and the weight was water weight.

Well keep it up, but quit getting excited about stupid ****. When my cousin was losing weight (was around 320 and is down to 225) and all he did was keep on his plan and quit having those "well ONE day of **** food wont hurt".. of course this was over awhile (hadn't seen him in a year)
