Need Smartphone Advice

Currently I have a Blackberry Pearl with T-Mo and have noticed its lack of features compared to other smart phones. I am looking for a more media functional phone which won't take me over 500-700$. So I am debating between; Switching to AT&T and getting an iPhone, buying an unlocked Nokia N95, Sticking with T-Mo and getting the new Wing, or sucking it up and stay with my Pearl. Any opinions?
 
Since I am on the 3G network, I use an Imate JasJam (HTC Hermes) with Windows Mobile 6 and Wireless SIP built in.

Couldnt be happier.

Though I think you suckers in the US are still on GSM arent you?
 
There were some decent reviews of the Helio Ocean. Don't have a clue if you need a contract with them or not though.
