i'm a longtime soulseek user but recently i got Limewire because all the kids who listen to mainstream rap seem to have it, and I wanted to download some mainstream rap for a party playlist.
mostly, it works like a charm.
but sometimes when im downloading CERTAIN songs, like for example "Kanye West - Gold Digger" and I double click to download, it ques up then freezes at 'Connecting.../Progress: 0%'. After a number of minutes of it freezing there, I cancel and select another copy of the file. Keep in mind I'm of course selecting DLs that have 10+ (up to 90 sometimes) users at 'Cable\T1\DSL\etc' download speed. I do this with like 10 diff files and they all fucking freeze. Is this RIAA? [I remember back in the Kazaa days I used to DL popular songs that looped the first 30 sec for like 4-odd minutes)
