HOLY CRAP. I just did the first day of this 90 day work out plan and I about DIDE. Anyone else do this before?

My dad got it and I am doing it with him everyday (because I am staying with my folks this summer in DC because I got a job up here).

Never heard of it. Sounds like it's working, though!

I just got it, but haven't tried it yet. If anyone is interested in it, hit me up on aim, icq or yahoo as listed in my profile.

I've been on P90X for about three weeks, Classic routine, with cardio if I can fit it in, or yoga if it was a stressful day.

A lot of reviewers will say it's not for beginners, and it's true. The first few sessions will be hell for sure. I ****ing LOVE the cardio, time flies by so fast, in fact I'm going to try switching it to mornings tomorrow. The yoga routine blew my mind, it really does help with correct breathing and flexibility.

Tony is a good host, he keeps it interesting. You guys should try it out if you get the chance.

I just watched a bit of the chest and back exercise. I wanted to punch Tony. He's kinda annoying. But I guess when you get into it he's a good motivator.

Just a FYI. I downloaded it, and I just looked at the nutrition guide. According to p90x I should be eating the following:

3120 calories

390 g protein a day

234 g carbs per day

70g fat per day

Can you upload the nutrition guide separately? I don't really care about the exercise routine. I can't find it on TorrentLeech or TorrentSpy.

I just did Day 1 of this P90X workout routine. I was nice and sweaty afterwards, tired, and very achy.

The whole thing is a little less than 8 Gigabytes. Including all the videos.

If someone has some webspace for it, I will upload the whole thing.

I need a demonoid invitation code to download it :(

I'll seed it for you guys, hopefully we can get something going, or I can host the videos 1-2 at a time, not the whole thing tho.

05-27-2007, 01:24 PM
Like I said, someone get me a host and I will host it.

Or maybe I'll up a private torrent for you guys.

05-28-2007, 01:39 AM
I'm doing a decent job of downloading it right now, supposedly have it it 14 hours, good 80kb/sec off this torrent (and i'm uploading 100kb/sec on it ;/ )

Its everything in that torrent from demonoid minus a few things, but it has the videos i tihnk, its about 7.2GB

I have it and yes its a very good workout. Fast paced with dumbbells or body weight exercises.

Is this worth downloading even I'm bulking?
