And I woukdnt be surprised if she didn't win the appeal because whatever judge wouldn't want to look like he/she is catering to the celebs.

Yeah fucking no shit. If I had a gagillion dollars I'd have a stretch limo all day. I'd of course have like 300 Lambos and Ferraris but I wouldn't go out drinking w/ them.
 
uh... she was driving without her headlights on while cruising Sunset, and that violated her probation?
