lol, thats what i have too. More brocolli and chicken though. 8oz chicken, half a big bag of frozen broc from HEB. 4-5 times a week as well.

had the same thing ;]

what do you guys put on it for flavor?

I've got lemonpepper mainly, with other peppers and salad dressings for 'sauce'.

Sometimes i skip all that and dump salsa on it after its cooked.

Had 3 rice cakes, 1 grapefruit, 1 lemon yogurt (Horizon), 1 class of grapefruit juice for lunch.

i usually cook up 1.2 lb of extra lean ground turkey with 1 cup of brown rice and add whatever seasonings i want to it. i split it into thirds and that will last me for that night's dinner and both lunches the next day.

04-29-2007, 10:56 PM

ground turkey burger (no bun), sweet potato, and brown rice with salsa. how did I do?

We had broccoli tonight too. My wife cooks up whole grain rice and lets it sit for a couple of hours. Then she cooks it up and throws in chopped broccoli. I'm sure there's some seasoning in there too somewhere. Whatever she does to it, it's delicious as hell.

Thanks to the steak thread in GD I had to BBQ up a few to go with the rice.

Why is broccoli so popular?

Why is broccoli so popular?

lots of vitamins, minerals, very easy to prepare, taste, and typically (for me) stimulates nice solid ****s, which are always nice

I just like the taste of broccoli. Raw and cooked.

6oz salmon steak marinated in light olive oil and a bunch of broccoli or cauliflower. Either diet lipton green tea w/ citrus or crystal light lemonade to drink.

Been eating this 2-3 times a week.

i am a fan of crystal light for moments of weakness. it helps very much with the urges to consume sugary ****.

gatorade too but only after the gym with that ****.

Im rocking chicken and brocolli again tonight but I think I'll do a lil brown rice with it, cut it up all together and do a little terayaki flavoring.

pics in a bit
