What is this ****? Anyone take it? Why?

I am wary of all pill types.

From what I have read there are far more health benefits to eating fresh ground flax seed over flax seed oil. As for the "why" do people eat it? 30 seconds of your time with google will give you more articles about it than you care to read.

I actually only just started taking this recently. So its still early to tell, but i have noticed nothing so far as far as weightlifting/excercising go. BUT i really do think it is helping my skin alot. Its alot less dry.

I use to use the liquid from for a while. Never really saw any benefits of not taking it vs taking it.

i take liquid fish oils and ground flax seeds...they both have omega 3 fats which helps with weight loss. also a tablespoon of flax seed has 5 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber...so i find it very beneficial. i usually put it in my oatmeal, shakes, or yogurt.

make sure you ground them if they arent because they're so small and are very likely to get stuck in your guts.

google for more info

DO NOT START OFF WITH A HIGH QUANTITY OF FLAX SEEDS

Take this from personal experience.. do not go out and buy a bag of flax seed and shovel a spoonful in your mouth. You will get horrible horrible rumblings in your tummy and toots from your bummy. Seriously though.. from my experience you need to work your way up to higher quantities of flaxseeds (if you are consuming them whole like I do.. I don't know what this gut talk is). I also take Flax Seed Oil... as well as Fish Oil. They're all great basically.

Why consume them whole? I've read that you get much more benefit from them when they are ground up.
