Sony plans to lower the production cost of its PlayStation 3 game consoles by using less expensive chips, aiming to turn the operations profitable between September and next March, the Nikkei business daily reported Friday.
Their chip is already a peice of shit. My girl used to work at IBM and they had the task of examining the Wii, xbox360 and PS3 CPU's for flaws before they are pushed into units and sold.
Their chips were such BS that IBM was falling behind schedule for them because there were flaws or close-to flaws in many of them.
