starting a sentence with "because"

It's not a complete sentence unless "because" starts a subordinate clause.

That being said, you don't always have to speak in complete sentences unless you're writing formally.

Or unless you're a dbag. Whatever.
 
I've notice people here do it all the time- especially when they are trying to be sarcastic, yet invariably end up missing the mark short of being Chandler-esque.
