FYI on the subject, the infamous mafia hitman dubbed "the iceman" used an inhaler that dispensed cyanide as his favorite means of killing targets.

Yep, but I imagine the container had to be considerably larger than an inhaler in that case. I can't even recall what sort of toxin they were using.
