How do you like your eggs?

i never understood the whole american egg naming system.

Sunny side up plz shaken not stirred
 
I always get so scared when they ask me that out of nowhere

It's simple.

sunny side up is not flipped over.

over easy is flipped once .....cooked slightly.

over medium is flipped once or twice ...yolk is still a little runny with hardening setting in

over hard or fryed is cooked all the way through.
 
What do you call it when you put a lid on the frying pan to get it sorta steamed-over-easy without the actually turning over?

I like mine sunny side up. Runny yolk goes great with bacon.
