Wii Problems

anyone herd of people having problems with there wii turning off after playing it for about 30-60 mins and not being able to turn it back on untill plugging it into another outlet.

is this the adapter problem ive herd of?
 
mine has crashed twice. Turned it off both times and started again. One time was during Wii Sports, the second when I was going back to the menu.
 
Well, do not let the sides of the Wii rest against anything if it is upright, and if it is laying down, do not put it on a warm surface (TV) or on top of any other audio equipment. Also, do not put other equipment on top of it.
 
I had some problems with this as well. At first I thought it was my wife's outlet that was at fault. I'd stick my wii in her outlet for about an hour and then it would just shut down. It turns out that a little viagra helps keep my wii up and running well past 60 minutes. My wife is happy now that I don't run around all night finding different places to plug in my wii as well.

Man, I don't think I'll ever get bored of the wii penis reference thing.
 
something is tripping the switch in the AC adapter...i guess to reset it you have to unplug it for about 45 second and plug it back in...then it will go for another 30 mins or so. Could be incosistent electricity coming form the outlet....i think ill try going through a power supply.
