[Question] TV on Computer

Is it possible to get TV on a computer if you dont have a tv jack even remotely close to the Comp?

The closest jack is on the other side of the house, and i was wondering if you can get TV through the internets. Possible?

Yes, it is possible but not smart. Just get a "long cable."

Well the thing is I live above where I work, and the TVs downstairs on the other side of the house. Running cable in the walls is a bitch.

I just want internets tv. Gimmie my mythbusters, greys anatomy and comedy central na dIm good.
