Who's been keeping up with the Oblivion mods?

I wanted to start playing through again but I'd rather play it differently...

Any worthwhile mods that don't suck?

Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul...the ultimate mod that changes everything: http://jorgeoscuro.googlepages.com/oscuro'soblivionoverloaddownloads
Mighty Magick, for making magic more interesting: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=5746
Living Economy, for seriously improving the economy of the gameworld: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=4432
Ren's Beauty Pack, for nicer hair on characters: http://www.tessource.net/files/cache/4431.html
Lower poly grass, great for improving FPS outdoors: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=5434
Natural Faces, for MUCH improved face textures: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=1965

These are the main ones I'm using right now. Mainly Oscuro's Overhaul is king.

Whose been keepin up with the thread about this yesterday?

Anyway, I really enjoyed Oblivion without mods at all, don't really get the people that said they hated it until mods came out. People seem to love OOO though.

Is there anything like Galsiahs Character Development out for Oblivion? I know that fixed my main problem with Morrowind (every character ending up as a ninjawizard no matter what I did). Some quests that don't come with a built in popup walkthrough would be nice too.

The face creation was a bit of a pain in ass for me. The faces start out like some donut eating loser, terrible.
