I haven't been really up to date on all the new CPUs, video cards etc. I want to build a good computer and wanted to get some feed back from you guys. What are the new things out there right now that are good for gaming? I was looking at this CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819115005 for the computer im going to be building, is it good for gaming?

You can afford the E6600 then, which is a better long-term investment (double cache size). In the vid card department, I believe the X1900XT is the best one around atm. Or two 7900GT's in SLI.
