I'll bet he sleeps and showers wearing his hat and shades. And his closet consists of only black shirts and slacks.
 
Fun facts:

Esteban is blind in his left eye
His right eye is extremely sensitive to light
He was without feeling in his hands for many years
He now has limited coordination of his left hand.
