Just got the $14.99 CoD GoTY edition, and I have a quick question: what do I need and/or what should I get to play this game online and get the most out of it?
Upon entering filters (<100 ping, no pw, not full, not empty, PB) I get a shitload of utterly GAY servers (we're talking rifles only, snipers only tdm & dm). I've never even played online and i know it's wrong.
So, my question is: How is the game meant to be played? DM is fun, but I remember the game striking me as a primarily S&D mode game. Are there any competition mods clients? Good servers? Community websites? etc etc.
I just refuse to play a game where people play snipers only and camp all the way across the map and literally sit there while everyone else on my team simply plays the game by avoiding their line of sight.
