LCD vs Plasma vs DLP

Can an expert weigh in on the pros and cons of each?

Right now I've been looking at the Samsung 32" LN-S3251D LCD. I want to spend around $1500 or less and I'm just wondering whats the best bang for my buck.

for that amount of money get the dell 3007FPW

for what are you useing this?

I have a DLP projector and I love it, but I built a 108" screen for it and use it as a TV...

if you are gaming on it get an LCD, if its just for TV I really recomend getting a DLP projector and DIY screen.

I just want something to watch sports in hd, some gaming, and movies

Plasma:
pros: best picture quality, thin enough to mount on a wall, large sizes
cons: most expensive, can get burned in

DLP:
pros: lowest cost, replacing the bulb makes it perfect again, largest sizes
cons: somewhat bulky, low bulb life (3000-15000 hours)

LCD:
pros: thin enough to put on a wall
cons: limited when it comes to size

Personally, I say that if you are low on money and plan on sticking the thing in a corner, get a DLP.

Even if I wanted to spend 8 grand on a tv id still get a dlp. The fact that its the cheapest is just a bonus.
