[So] Garage door stuck on car....

So here's the jist of it..... My friend and her mom got back from the store, her mom forgot to put the the tracker hatch down, and the garage door came down on it and didn't basically the garage door is bent in half or something.

Any bright ideas on how to get the garage door off the car?
 
It's a tracker, and I really don't wanna go all the way out there to check it out myself.... :p

And they tried the manual release, don't know how well though......

PS: These are the same ladies that thought their tub was clogged up for 2 weeks, put drano, etc.. down it...... Only to find out that the 'stopper' was up on the drain, plumber came out and put the stopper down and it drained. :-|
