What are those old school labelers called that they used back in the 80s? They had a wheel with letters on it and a trigger you pulled once you chose the letter you wanted.

Further, what is the name of the grungy font that looks just like this?
 
I know exactly what you are referring to. But I don't know what it is called either. :shrug:
 
at my job we have something called a "P TOUCH"

but i've never heard anyone make a joke about the name.
