It appears from the trailer that the pregnant Sharon aboard Galactica is going to give birth, and the president's health is failing even more rapidly.
What we can expect next week is that
That's my take on it, anyway.

Spoiler
all will be faced with the moral dilemma of deciding whether or not the Cylon's half-breed child is human, and/or whether or not it should be terminated. Dr. Baltar will discover, however, that there are genetic/biochemical properties inherent to the unborn baby that could potentially save the life of the president, and another moral dilemma (coincidentally one that is frequently in headlines today) will arise surrounding the option of using something equivalent to stem-cells to save the president.
I think that the president's life will most likely be saved (or at least, her death postponed) due to Baltar's discovery, and that this may play a part in the subsequent sparing of the baby's life.
On a sidenote, Baltar's discovery will be made possible through his conversations with his new pet Cylon that he's hiding aboard Galactica (though where he is hiding her, I'm not quite certain.)
