So a whole fucking horizontal line on my Samsung LCD just died and Samsung can only ship me a replacement in 7-14 days.

Its right in the middle of my screen. I mean right in the fucking middle. I have to look at this huge black line for the next week or more.

At least I got the customer service supervisor to guarantee that my new unit would have zero dead pixels (instead of the 'more than 4 and we'll replace' shit in their Warranty) so I should have a monitor that was just as good as the one I had until an hour ago.

Man I'm pissed. Sooth my anger, Tribalwar. Please.
 
At least they're replacing it for you. I have a 3 year old Sceptre 19" LCD which is burning in really quickly and starting to become unusable. I never thought LCDs would burn like this, but I was wrong. :(

How the hell do we keep getting new people? Is it the fact that we invade forums a few times a year or god help us if is our name getting out there?

Anyways, just slice out the bad row and shorten your monitor by a pixel.
