Bread: Cheesy Jalapeno loaf
Meat: oven-baked deli-sliced turkey
Cheeses: American cheddar & Toasted onion swiss
Misc: flat sliced button mushrooms, mayonnaise, garlic salt, butter, romano lettuce

preheat oven to 350° F

Melt 2tbsp butter in a small container; whisk in garlic salt to taste
Cut the Jalapeno loaf lenth-wise and open it

STAGE 1
spread the melted garlic butter across the cut face of the loaf & place it face down on a pre-heated cookie sheet
place thin-cut turkey slices on cookie sheet spread out & overlappng
remove buns from oven after heating 2-3.5 min & flip buns over toasted-face up
remove turkey after heated to satisfaction

STAGE 2
place cheeses on toasted bun face
lay down a layer of thin-cut mushrooms for each bun
place cooked turkey on cheese for each bun
return to oven until heated/melted to satisfaction

STAGE 3
Slap both sandwich halves together after adding romano lettuce & maynnaise (I was hesitant over using the mayo...but it worked) and there you have it. A spicy turkey mushroom melt.

I chose to side with a light pilsner beer, some peperoncinis, and a Clausen™ dill spear

raw mushrooms are kinda gross on sandwiches, and im a big mushroom fan

what kind of beer

Where the hell would one obtain cheesy jalepeno loaf?

Edit, all I've had for food is three malted milk balls and a pack of fucking megavitamins. In 4 hours, I get to nuke up some frozen macaroni and cheese.

YOU MOTHERFUCKER.

The mushrooms went into the oven in stage 2. They're not pizza-cooked, but they're not raw either. They "melt" with the cheese.

The beer was a Texas tradition. Meeler lite.
