Is that a good monitor? I know next to nothing about LCD monitors, except that ghosting is bad. The lower the milliseconds, the less ghosting, correct?

Would anybody mind steering me in the right direction as far as monitors go, and perhaps even recommend one?

i've had that one for a year and i frikking love it. no ghosting great contrast and brightness. and i paid a lot more than that for it

Your right, and thats close to what i have. I have the 912n, though the ms is a lot higher

I'm staring at a Dell 2405 FPW. This thing kicks ass, and I love all the neato PiP stuff built in. I also like how it manages to stretch things according to the aspect ratio which is good for games because I'd prefer the black bars at the side rather than having everything all stretched out.

The monitor you have there is pretty good. I know Samsung manufactures the panels for Dell, so that could be the way to go.
