so yea, I'm supposed to save this guy somehow but I killed everything around him and he just keeps healing himself and saying that over and over. I also don't have the vial with the curative water on me anymore so I don't know if I'm supposed to have that to use on him or what... is there any way to get that vial again if i lost it?

i can't progress at all after that point because i dont know wtf to do. I'm pretty sure it's bugged but i dunno.
