That's not the reason I posted though, the reason I posted is I found a particular part of the article to be humorous:
Erick Rodriguez saw Jaser Zavaleta following the shooting, and could not believe what happened to his friend, who he has known since he was 6 or 7 years old.

"I heard gunshots, and I came and I saw he was dropped already on the floor," Rodriguez, 19, said. "He was already dying so I just left. I felt bad."

what else could he have done? I mean, it isn't like he could have done anything. Oh, what! Oh, what could he have done.

Oh wait. He could have called a fucking ambulance.
