Oh yeah, it's not the same picture. Although it's from the same picture set. Even so, you can tell they used her pictures.
 
its probably another in the series. the hair is the same color, the poses are nextdoorniki type poses, same outfit, windows the same, wall in background is the same. notice the ground outside in both pictures? dirt, no grass, like a new house waiting for sod.
 
no, i highly doubt that the escort is nextdoorniki. If she's not even doing nude pictures, i doubt she's selling ass by the hour
