What Media Player do you currently use? And what did you use before.

i'm using VLC right now.

i was using media player classic but it doesn't support h.264 and it stutters its way through HD files.

edit:
for dvd's i use powerdvd for surround sound
for music i use itunes cause i'm a faggot.
but for everything else i use vlc

I use Mplayer for videos and use Media Player Classic for DVDs and anything Mplayer doesen't run. I use Winamp for music.
 
i used to use itunes and winamp, but now i use winamp + the iPod plug in and it's loads better. the plugin lets you transfer songs from the iPod back to the hard drive, also.

wmp10 for random small shit like vids from webpages
mp classic for anime and large movies
powerdvd for dvds
foobar2k for music

I d/l the latest Nvidia DVD decoder plugins for WMP10 and despite all the WOW! promises on nvidia's site it's still not as good as MPC.
 
I use MediaPlayer 10 for video and Winamp for everything else. I found that DIVx encoded files stutter in MP10. Is this normal? If I use the Divx player it runs smooth.

high quality divx and xvid files were stuttering for me in everything, mp9,mpc,bsp, EVERYTHING. Except for VLC.
