[Official] Mars Volta fucking blows thread.

They're one of those bands that people generally either really like or really hate. I think the new album is a bit disappointing, but I like the EP and the first full length.

deloused in the comatorium > frances the mute

frances the mute has good music

their lead singer is high pitched

their lead singer is amazing

they are one of if not the best live band right now

cassandra gemini almost seems like a long continuation of take the veil cerpin taxt's jamming part, i like it personally. L'via L'viaquez is an overall amazing song, the widow is good too. a lot of useless shit on the cd, but i like listening to it. mind you, it isnt as good as deloused, and i would have liked to hear some shit like inertiatic, drunkship of lanterns, roulette dares, cicatriz, and the apparatus must be unearthed
