2001FP help :(

So I got my 2001FP a couple days ago. Games look great, no dead pixels, everything but movies look peachy. If I play a movie (avi, mpg, DVD, whatever) it looks like a bunch of waves are flowing through the movie really fast. Happens in WinDVD and WMP. It's connected through the DVI thingy. Video card is MSI 6600GT. I have all ready tried sandpaper, so anything else?


Oh yeah, websites look fine except for TW. The blue/yellow color scheme is blinding me on this monitor. :|

If it uses dithering, then movies will look like shit.

I had it set to 32 bit color. Changing it to 16 bit fixed it. Weird.

Having to use 16bit shouldn't be a solution. Maybe you have the brightness cranked all the way up.

I put it back to 32 bit and it looks fine now...

i've never had a prob. sux 4 u though =/
