I already got sarca toilet cam on my cell phone...I dont really need that much more

I don't know if this specific company just came out, but I remember doing a 30 day trial of some little java program about a year ago on my spring PCS phone. You just D/Led the app, and then after about 3 minutes of connecting, the video and audio was streamed to your phone. It wasn't perfect, but in a little choppy and fuzzy way, it was TV.

pretty damn cool stuff.
