Saw him last year in Dallas. The warm-up act was good, and when he came on it was just damn hilarious. Keeps it clean, so don't have to worry about being uncomfortable about laughing if you're sitting next to your friend's mother or anything.

Have fun, you'll be laughing your ass off.

Bump because I douched up this guys thread last night and I'm feeling bad.

Seinfeld rocks. I bet you pay out the ass to see him though.

Heckle him!

I went to see Eddie Izzard when he was starting his new show out here a while back.. damn he's good.

He was in Atlantic City once (probably more than once, but I think I was there at the time) - I wish I saw him there..

Heh, I live right near AC. I remember when he came here, tickets were fuckin like $80. A bit much, I never ended up seeing him.

The thing about seeing a live show, is that there is usually a 2 drink minimum, so the crowd is just buzzed enough to be happy. And everyone is there to laugh, so they go along with the jokes. If you really want to laugh your arse off, smuggle in a couple tiny shot bottles of rum. Drink prices at shows are expensive, that's where they make their money.

I've seen Jerry live. He was funny, but it wasn't his best stuff. The best stand-up act I've seen of his is his last HBO special after he quit the show called "I'm telling you for the last time" - comedy gold

My brother-in-law is a high-roller so he often gets complimentary tickets from the casino.

They seem to do that with small, local shows. For Seinfeld they pretty much do it in a sold out auditorium so that they don't have to have the 2 drink minimum to make a profit. And as someone else said, they charge you out the ass.

I don't think they are going to be serving drinks at this place.. it's the topeka performing arts center. And as I said I got the ticket from a friend so I'm not paying shit. And yes.. I will probably pound some captain prior/during the show. I'm gonna shit myself from laughing.

I still hate your sharpshooter and you are still blocked. But I wanted to go to that show in Topeka, but when I was researching tickets the only ones I could find were 70 bucks and since im not a drug dealers douchebag like you, I cant afford it.
