Where should I go as human alliance?

I am curious if I am going about quests in a logical manner.

Here is the progression I have followed:

Northshire -starting area - to about level 6
Elwynn - till about level 13
WestFall - till ~ 20
Red Ridge - still in - currently level 22.

I am finding Red ridge difficult. I have beat all the easy quests, and am starting into the kill this leader quests.

I have not fully completed WestFall - VC is messed up on my server, but that is all I have left to do.

My question is - should I go somewhere else to level ?

On my Human and my Dwarf I did all the Elwynn quests that started and finished in Elwynn. Then I made the run to Darkshore (the elf lands) and did all the quests around Auberdine. By that time I was high enough to go back to Westfall and do all the quests there solo with ease (except VanCleef.) Then I moved to Lakeshire and did a bunch of quests there. I've been roaming around alot lately, but I just hit level 26 in RedRidge with my Dwarven Hunter while I was doing the Shadowhide Gnoll quest.

And damn those gnolls drop some awesome loot. I got a blue 16.5dps 1 handed mace with a bunch of stats off one. Sold it in the AH instantly. I put it up with a buyout of 5 gold and it was sold before I was able to leave Ironforge.
