This is not something 'new' that Nintendo started doing. Truth is it's a return to the very ROOTS of Nintendo ...

Before Nintendo made consoles they made handhelds ...

Not sure about other games but I myself own a dual-screened handheld game called "Squish" ...

My webcam sucks and I had to use a claw-like grip to keep the console from flipping closed...

You can't really see it but it says "Nintendo" in grey underneath the bottom screen...

Just thought i'd share :x
 
I think I like my PS2 more.. there is never any situation where I find myself, except when taking a shit, that I've got time to play handheld games.
 
I like the DS..
it felt fine in my hands... and has so much potential to be fun..

just .. the dual screen isn't anything special :p Nintendo has done it before.
 
when do you people find yourselves playing handhelds? On road trips? school? I honestly don't see why people buy them, so I'm curious.

Road trips when I'm not driving.
When I don't feel like sitting down in front of a TV or Computer.
When I feel sick... games I can play in bed.
