Yea they are pop punk just like Good Charlotte is pop punk (and thats how they classified themselves when they were on fuse)
 
additionally, im so fuckin happy that im not exposed to the whole emo fiasco in nyc.. don't really see or interact with any of those whiney pussies which are plauging the whole country.
 
They're shit. And they're complete morons on stage - I've had the misfortune of seeing them live.

Heh, the tour with Green Day? I hate admitting this but Green Day puts on a pretty damn good show.

Actually, they opened for Unwritten Law a few years ago -- 97, I think. (Back when UL actually had SOME worthwhile stuff.)
