fucked over like a sheep on the edge of a cliff while a farmer plows into me.

the nigger is most likely not gonna pay the 4g's owed. which makes us angry. so now we are looking into legal matters, fuck the boring paperwork, what do i need to prove without a shadow of a doubt that the fucker has crazy party's where he provides alcohol to minors. will pics do? or am i gonna need some testimony of kids? or will we have to be cought in the act?

also:
same question but for 2 types of drugs as well (coke and pot).

cliff notes:
emu's are tight like a man's anus.

yah i figured i would need some people to testify, so i have that already done. a friend of mine who got convicted of 32 felony's of B&E is look at 7 or so years in prison. he dislikes this man as well, im sure they would offer him some time off or look at him in a better light if he helps bring down a bad man.

I'm not surprised that raptor is not making any sense, nor that he got f'ed over...he's a newfie after all.

Uh, no. A good defense attorney will attack your friend's credibility on the stand.

"It's obvious he's making up this testimony in return for a lighter sentence."

i know, tw has hit me with good idea's tho,

-upload a kiddy porno server on to the network that i built for him, then fucking call the FBi.

i like that one the best.

yah but im talkin about i have at least 4 people who are prolly willing to testify, 2 behind bars, 2 walking around. i can most likely get 2-3 more.... would that be enough?

One is enough if you have corroborating evidence and a good attorney.

I'm just saying it's not a good idea to put a convicted felon on the witness stand for your defense.

And in reading the somewhat rambling story from "part one", you're pretty much fucked without a written contract. You'll end up paying far more in atty fees than you'll ever get out of your former employer.

But what the fuck do I know? I'm just a network admin.
